Veronica Part, Bio, American Ballet Theatre. Judge at California dance Classics Dance Competitions.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Veronika Part began her early training in artistic gymnastics before entering the Vaganova Ballet Academy in 1988. Part graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996 and joined The Mariinsky Ballet (Kirov) where she was promoted to soloist in 1998.

 

In 1999 Part was the winner of the prestigious BALTIKA Prize. In 2002 Ms Part joined the American Ballet Theatre as a Soloist and performed with the company for 14years. Throughout her career she has performed principal roles in Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, The Nutcracker, Raymonda, Paquita, Le Corsaire, La Bayadère, The Fountain of Bakchisarai, Manon, Sylvia, Moor’s Pavane, Les Sylphides, Don Quixote, Symphony in C, Mozartiana, Apollo, Prodigal Son, Symphonie Concertante, Ballet Imperial, Lilac Garden, Serenade, Jewels, and others.

 

Ms Part has made extensive world wide guest appearances which include the Mariinsky Ballet, Kremlin Ballet, Kennedy Center, Perm Ballet in Amsterdam, the Royal New Zealand Ballet & most recently The Isadora Project, with Natalia Osipova at Stanislavsky Theater in Russia.

In 2016 Ms Part began teaching at the Greenwich Ballet Academy where she teaches all levels of ballet, from beginner to pre-professional and coaches dancers for performance and ballet competitions.
